superpark friends
Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions – United Kingdom
1. Introduction
SuperPark (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates a loyalty programme called SuperPark Friends (the Programme) for guests visiting participating SuperPark venues.
Members collect Steps for qualifying paid visits and, for every 10 Steps collected, receive a Reward that can be redeemed for a free standard visit. Members may also receive bonus Steps, surprises and other benefits from time to time.
These terms and conditions (the Terms) set out the rules for the Programme. By creating a SuperPark Friends account, you agree to these Terms.
Your general use of our website and App is also subject to our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data. If there is any conflict between these Terms and our Terms of Use on a matter relating specifically to SuperPark Friends, these Terms will take precedence.
These Terms apply only to the SuperPark Friends programme in the United Kingdom. Steps and Rewards under the UK Programme cannot be transferred to, combined with or used under a SuperPark Friends programme in another country, or vice versa, unless we expressly state otherwise.

3. Eligibility and Registration
- The Programme is available to individuals and families who register a Member Account.
- The Account Holder must be aged 18 or over. Family members, including children, may be linked to a Family Account but are not Account Holders.
- Membership is free.
- To register, you must provide the information identified as required during sign-up and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login details secure.
- You must not create or use multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining Steps or Rewards to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
4. Earning Steps
- One Step is earned for each eligible paid General Admission ticket used for entry to a Participating Venue.
- Eligible Party Bookings also earn Steps. One Step is earned for each eligible paid attendee included in the Party Booking. Complimentary places and attendees for whom no eligible admission charge is paid do not earn Steps unless we expressly state otherwise.
- Steps are credited to the Member Account linked to the relevant booking or admission. A paid admission can only earn one Step.
- Where a Family Account is used, Qualifying Visits by linked family members can contribute Steps to the same account.
- A Step is only credited when the visit is booked or purchased using the personal details registered to your Member Account. A purchase made under different, unlinked details won’t be credited.
- Unless we expressly state otherwise, complimentary tickets, promotional free entries, visits made using a Reward, and school, club, corporate or other group bookings that are not eligible Party Bookings do not earn Steps.
- If you believe a Qualifying Visit has not been credited correctly, please contact us with reasonable proof of purchase.
5. Rewards and Redemption
For every 10 Steps collected, the Member Account automatically earns one Reward.
- When 10 Steps are converted into a Reward, any additional Steps remain in the account and count towards the next Reward.
- A Reward is normally redeemable at the Participating Venue where the largest number of the relevant 10 Steps were earned. If there is a tie between two or more venues, the Reward may be redeemed at any of those venues.
- If the venue at which a Reward is redeemable permanently closes or leaves the Programme before the Reward expires, we will allow the Reward to be used at another Participating Venue.
- A Reward covers one free standard General Admission visit only. Unless we expressly state otherwise, it does not include parties, food or drink, premium experiences, merchandise or other extras.
- Rewards are subject to venue opening times, capacity and normal booking requirements.
- A Reward may be used by the Account Holder or for a family member linked to the Family Account. Rewards cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Family Account.
- We may also offer bonus Steps, promotional rewards, surprises or other benefits from time to time. Any additional conditions will be made clear when the relevant benefit is offered.
6. Expiry
- Each Step is valid for 12 months from the date it is earned.
- Each Reward is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
- The applicable expiry dates will be shown in the Member Account.
- Expired Steps and Rewards cannot normally be reinstated, although we may do so where appropriate, for example if expiry resulted from a technical error for which we were responsible.
7. Family Accounts
A Family Account is held and managed by one Account Holder aged 18 or over.
- The Account Holder may link eligible family members so that their Qualifying Visits can contribute Steps to the same Member Account.
- Steps and Rewards belong to the Member Account and are managed by the Account Holder.
- A Step is only credited when the visit is booked or purchased using the personal details registered to the Account. A purchase made under different, unlinked details won’t be credited
- Only the Account Holder may manage account settings and authorise the redemption of Rewards.
- If a Family Account is closed or divided, Steps and Rewards will not automatically be copied or transferred to another account.
8. Participating Venues and Countries
The current list of Participating Venues is available through the App or our website.
- We may add Participating Venues from time to time.
- If a Participating Venue leaves the Programme, we will give reasonable notice where reasonably practicable. Existing Rewards affected by that change will be dealt with as described in Section 5.
- SuperPark Friends programmes in other countries are separate from the UK Programme unless we expressly state otherwise.
9. Data Protection and Marketing
- We process personal data in connection with the Programme in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
- Our Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with and the rights available to you.
- Where you provide personal data about a family member, including a child, you must only provide information that you are entitled to provide to us.
- We may send marketing communications only where permitted by law. Where consent is required, we will ask for it separately from your agreement to these Terms.
- You can opt out of marketing at any time. We may still send service messages that are necessary to administer your account, Steps, Rewards or important Programme changes.
10. Fraud, Misuse & Suspension
You must not misuse the Programme, including by:
- manipulating bookings or visits to obtain Steps improperly;
- attempting to obtain more than one Step for the same paid admission;
- using multiple accounts to obtain improper benefits;
- selling or commercially exploiting Rewards; or
- interfering with the App or Programme systems.
Where we reasonably suspect misuse, we may investigate and temporarily withhold affected Steps or Rewards.
Where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, we may reverse improperly obtained Steps or Rewards, suspend the account or close it. Any action we take will be proportionate to the seriousness of the issue.
Where reasonably practicable, we will give the Account Holder an opportunity to respond before permanently closing an account.
11. Changes to the Programme
We may make reasonable changes to the Programme or these Terms where necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, security, technical or operational requirements, or other circumstances that materially affect how the Programme operates.
- If a material change is likely to disadvantage Members, we will normally give at least 30 days’ advance notice.
- We will not retrospectively remove a Reward that has already been earned.
- If we increase the number of Steps required for a Reward or otherwise materially reduce the value of Steps, Members who already have Steps will be allowed to complete their current collection cycle under the previous threshold, provided those Steps do not expire first.
- The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the notice
12. Ending the Programme
We may suspend or end the Programme where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including significant operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons, or other circumstances that materially affect our ability to continue operating it.
- Where reasonably practicable, we will give Members advance notice before permanently ending the Programme.
- If the Programme ends, we will make reasonable arrangements for existing Steps and Rewards. This may include allowing time to complete a current collection cycle, additional time to redeem an existing Reward, or another reasonable arrangement that takes account of benefits already earned.
- You may close your Member Account at any time. Unused Steps and Rewards will be lost when your account is closed.
- We may close accounts that have been inactive for at least 18 months, provided that we give reasonable advance notice where we have valid contact details.
13. Contact and Complaints
If you have a question or complaint about SuperPark Friends, including a missing Step or Reward issue, please contact us:
- Customer service: contact@superpark.uk

14. Liability
- Steps and Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
- The Programme is provided for personal and consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses.
- We do not guarantee that the App or Programme systems will always operate without interruption. If a technical problem for which we are responsible causes valid Steps or Rewards to be lost or recorded incorrectly, we will take reasonable steps to restore them once the issue has been verified.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
